What You Will Learn

Leadership Lab is a practical, experiential program for first-time and emerging leaders in scaling companies.

It helps you take ownership, lead others effectively, and build the management muscle your company needs to sustain growth.

Between modules, you apply your learnings in your team to ensure immediate impact.

Over the course of 3 months, you will learn to:

  • When leaders truly understand themselves — their strengths, blind spots, limiting patterns and impact on others — they unlock a different quality of leadership. They make better decisions. They build trust. They foster accountability. And they shape teams that act with clarity and confidence.

    Build self-awareness, inner authority and uncover your personal leadership style.

  • Shift from “doing” to “enabling,” and learn to motivate, delegate, resolve conflict and multiply performance.

    This includes giving and receiving feedback, building trust, managing tricky team dynamics all the while balancing safety and accountability.

  • From team lead to culture shaper: influence and inspire across levels and help shape a high-growth culture.

    Anna Dia is a coach, anthropologist and former COO with deep experience in scaling organisations and shaping high-performance cultures.

    Starting as one of Growth Tribe’s first employees, she helped scale the company across Europe as its COO, then joined Pacmed and numerous others scale-ups as interim Head of People and Chief Operations.

    Anna Dia is intimately aware of the ins and outs of scaling—whether it is about making the transition from start-up to scale-up, leading a rapidly growing organisation or scaling a company internationally.

    Neena Madhok

    Neena is an accredited executive coach with 15 years of experience helping leaders and (management) teams reach peak performance.

    After a decade in investment banking and consulting at Barclays, BNP Paribas Fortis, Deloitte, Expedia and ClearlySo, she shifted toward executive coaching in 2010.

    Since then, Neena’s coached +250 founders, scale-up leaders and VC/PE investors across the UK and EU through MindGym, CoachSource, and Upshot.

    Laurie Kemp

    An entrepreneur and psychotherapist (i.o.), Laurie has spent the past 13 years building programs for entrepreneurs and scale-up leaders, and guiding individuals on journeys of growth and inner transformation.

    After stints at THNK School of Leadership and ScaleUpNation, she co-founded Upshot Impact, supporting +450 founders, emerging leaders and VC investors at ca. 150 scale-ups including Fairphone, LUMICKS, OneFit, EclecticIQ, Ncardia, INCISION and Lightyear.

    Rooted in depth psychology and psychoanalysis, Laurie helps people transform blind spots and limiting patterns, and build the self-awareness critical to lead effectively.
