Anna Dia is an experienced leader with a proven track record of scaling startups, driving organisational change and fostering high-performance cultures. She was one of Growth Tribe’s first employees and helped scale the company internationally as COO. She then served as Pacmed’s COO and strengthened various scale-up MT’s as interim Head of People or Operations.

As an accredited coach and corporate anthropologist, Anna Dia sees culture as the operating system of your organisation. Her approach is rooted in deeply understanding the undercurrents of cultures and organisations and addressing challenges at the root.

With an academic background in the Social Sciences, she looks at life through a systemic lens and takes a wide-angle approach to any question. Anna Dia most enjoys guiding leadership teams and organisations through the messy middle—the liminal phase—during which the old ways are gone but the new patterns have not yet (fully) taken hold. This is where true transformation happens.

At Fabric, Anna Dia leads leadership facilitation, cultural assessments and overall program development.

Laurie is a psychotherapist (i.o.), entrepreneur and creative. Kickstarting her career at THNK School of Leadership and ScaleUpNation, Laurie has spent the past 13 years designing leadership programs and change trajectories for hundreds of leaders, MT’s and organisations.

5 years ago, she co-founded Upshot Impact, through which their team supported +400 founders, c-suite leaders and VC investors across the EU on leadership development, building thriving MT dynamics and engineering high-performance cultures. Clients included Fairphone, LUMICKS, Nextview Consulting and Lightyear.

Laurie spent the past decade immersing herself in psychoanalysis and depth psychology. A strong desire to help people transform limiting patterns led her to become a psychotherapist in Antwerp, insights of which she applies here.

At Fabric, Laurie is responsible for client acquisition and growth assessments.

Neena has significant scale-up and start-up experience having worked as a business advisor for Virgin Startup, an associate at ClearlySo - Europe’s leading impact investment bank, out in the field with UnLtd India and as an associate VP in India’s second largest microfinance company.

Neena uses her professional background and 4.000+ hour of coaching experience to bring robust analytical skills, deep intuition and high emotional awareness to her clients. Through facilitating nearly 1.000 workshops, Neena has gained a strong understanding of team and group dynamics.

She works with both corporates and scale-ups globally on leadership and team dynamics, change management and challenges faced by high growth or restructuring. Neena loves supporting mavericks - leaders who dare to think and lead differently.

Neena was born and raised in London, and has called Amsterdam home for the past 7 years. She lives there with her husband and two children.

At Fabric, Neena brings her deep intuition and extensive experience to the Leaders Lab, helping new leaders understand how their emotions play into their behaviours.

James is an experienced leader, facilitator and our in-house storyteller. Born and raised in Australia, he is the Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Employment Rights.

In addition to his career as a lawyer, James is an award-winning documentary maker (Ghost Train, 2014), and holds a Masters in Cultural Anthropology.

At Fabric, James hosts storytelling sessions and helps leaders apply storytelling to drive change internally and externally and galvanise their teams and organisations through inspired calls to action.
