Leadership Lab

Building the leaders of the future.

As a company grows, a strong executive team alone can no longer carry it. Scale-ups need empowered leaders throughout the organisation to lead teams and help drive growth and performance. We offer open-enrolment and in-house leadership programs for first-time scale-up leaders.

Next cohort starts 9 and 10 December 2026.

What participants say

What I loved most about this experience was that it's done by people who want to help others grow and push their limits. In Neena and Laurie, there was no hidden agenda or making us feel comfortable by saying things we wanted to hear. We were challenged to the very core. I did not expect this in a million years.
