How FABRIC handles the personal data you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Fabric Collective (FABRIC), Bos en Lommerweg 24-H, 1055 EB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88152081. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about your data: info@fabric-collective.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: your name, work email address, company, role and message.
- Leadership Lab: your first and last name, email address, whether you want the program folder or a place on the waiting list, and whether you want news and updates.
- Program folder, sample Growth Assessment report and Scaling Paradox waitlist: your email address.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the website securely and to filter spam from form submissions.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you ask for it, to talk about working together.
- To send you the program folder or sample report you requested.
- To tell you when the Scaling Paradox report is published, or when a Leadership Lab cohort opens, if you signed up for that. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use your data on the basis of your consent, or because it is needed to take steps you asked for before an agreement. We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Google Analytics measures website use, only if you accept analytics cookies.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together. Waitlist sign-ups are kept until the report or cohort is published or until you unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website: for example which pages are visited, from which country and which website or search brought you here. Google Analytics places cookies on your device for this purpose. We have set it up to shorten your IP address, and we do not use it for advertising. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
We also store your cookie choice in your browser, so we do not have to ask again. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, not from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Email info@fabric-collective.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
