Scale-ups grow as fast as their people do.
Product-market fit is not the finish line. It is where the real work begins. We help the people leading Europe's most ambitious scale-ups, and their investors, build the leadership and culture that growth demands, and the organisation to carry it.
How we can help
Effectively lead the next phase of growth
You know something is slowing you down. We help you name it precisely, then build the leadership and culture your next phase demands, and the organisation to carry it.
For VC and PE investors
Truly understand your portfolio companies
Pitch decks and reference calls show a leadership team at its best. We show how it works day to day: where it is strong, and where it will strain under growth. Benchmarked against 500+ European scale-ups, before you invest or after you close.

The Scaling Paradox | Our Research
A peak into our findings
Leaders score themselves highest on the dimensions most responsible for high-performance, feedback and learning. Their peers score it lowest. With a variance of -0.74, this is the widest perception gap in the dataset.
The Warmth Trap
60% of scale-ups feel like a clan or family: warm, loyal and forgiving. That warmth is real and valuable. HoweverAt 30 people that closeness is a strength. At 80, without clear expectations alongside it, it starts to cost performance.
The Empowerment Illusion
Scale-up leaders systematically overestimate the extent to which they truly delegate tasks and responsibilities, while real delegation is the single strongest predictor of organisational health we found.
The People Leadership Blindspot
What makes our way of working different
A peak into our findings
Our team has run scale-ups as leaders, founded companies and spent a decade in organisations before supporting and partnering with the people who lead them.
-
Built on more than a decade of building and leading companies and our research on 500+ European scale-ups, we know the milestones, growing pains and interventions that work.
-
Support is tailored to each company's personality and phase. We start with a diagnostic, so every session and intervention addresses root causes and is fully tailored to fit your needs.
-
Working together means going to challenging, deep and brave places, always with your growth and best interest at heart.
-
Our team is trained in psychotherapy, systemic coaching and corporate anthropology. That combination lets us see what a leader does under pressure, why the same conflict keeps returning with new people, and which unwritten rules really run the company. And because we have scaled companies ourselves, we connect what we see to growth.
-
We feel a real urgency to help impact-driven leaders scale their businesses, because our future depends on it.
What are clients say
“What I loved most about this experience was that it’s done by people who want to help others grow and push their limits. In Neena and Laurie, there was no hidden agenda or making us feel comfortable by saying things we wanted to hear. We were challenged to the very core. I did not expect this in a million years.”
Kristin Anderson
Head of Finance at LG Sonic
“Anna Dia facilitated strategic alignment and improved the way we operate and communicate internally. She was able to add value from day one and functioned as a true business partner throughout our entire collaboration.”
Jan-Joost Kalff
